Ann Ford of Pennsauken began working at Cherry Hill Mall in 1974 and continues to be there. His family and friends celebrated his fiftieth birthday.
Ford started working part-time on the mall in highschool and loved it. She finally grew to become the mall’s workplace supervisor.
She says the important thing to surviving 50 years with an employer is being keen to adapt.
